Consultancy – Emergency management

Working to client in a sensitive government site, providing a review of existing arrangements and deliver value based options for improvements. Over a three month period we reviewed incident management, communications, interoperability, services and procedures to establish a baseline. We then assessed this against best practice providing a number of ways and means to effect the necessary improvements.
