Over a three month period we reviewed incident management, communications, interoperability, services and procedures to establish a baseline. We then assessed this against best practice providing a number of ways and means to effect the necessary improvements.

Identification of suitable sites, concept development followed by planning negotiation and year long build to a high specification for Olympic size indoor and outdoor arenas, thirty five horse stabling, exercise and shower facilities, as well as staff accommodation, services and access road.
